Our traditional Baja-style fish tacos begin with seasoned and breaded strips of tilapia served golden brown and topped with crispy cabbage slaw, avocado-tomato relish and our secret sauce. We proudly serve them on El Milagro yellow corn tortillas with steamed basmati rice and lime.

Bubba’s Favorite Jambalaya

We borrowed an old Creole recipe which features grilled chicken, baby shrimp and andouille sausage, aromatic herbs and a touch of spice over steamed rice

Steak Churrasco

Bistro filet marinated overnight in green chimichurri, then grilled to medium-rare and finished with our homemade smoky red chimichurri and topped with pickled red onion and onion straws. Served with red skinned mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Half Chicken marinated in Blue Moon Belgian-Style Witbier, oranges and fresh herbs, served golden, tender and on the bone, with Lindy’s oven roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables.  Nothing says summer like beer and chicken!
